Job Requirements

  • Post secondary education
  • minimum 2-3 years sales/customer service experience
  • proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • proven ability to multi task
  • strong math skills
  • proven experience building business relationships
  • strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • availability 5 days per week throughout the summer
  • Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and evenings all year round

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assisting in daily operations in both retail where required and event spaces to ensure maximum customer service balancing fiscal requirements
  • overseeing setup, execution, & closing of events
  • custom designed menus/maps & signage to work within the brand imaging
  • assist with the execution of monthly themed, daily executed public food and wine pairing to ensure profitability
  • assisting with billing & accounts receivables for internal & private events
  • responsible for all non-retail inventory working within par stock provided
  • any other duties assigned by estate managers
