Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in event coordination or related field
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to climb ladders
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency in Google Suite
- ability to work flexible hours
- valid driver’s license may be required
- ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- ability to perform physical tasks related to event setups and facility maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- strong experience with Google Suite including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail
- excellent communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to prioritize based on safety and client schedules

Job Duties
- Ensure events and meetings are set correctly
- check meeting setup requests
- confirm arrangements with clients and stakeholders
- conduct physical movement of furniture and materials
- coordinate onsite employee moves with Roche PMO
- communicate event details and logistics to appropriate personnel
- liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders
- participate in event and meeting clean-up
- perform light custodial duties as needed
- pick up and deliver miscellaneous items
- conduct daily inspections of conference rooms, equipment, and premises
- report maintenance and safety issues
- assist in maintaining clean and organized meeting and public areas
- perform general duties to maintain efficient workflow
- enforce safety rules and procedures
- lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
