Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in event coordination or related field
  • ability to lift 50 lbs
  • ability to climb ladders
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency in Google Suite
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to event setups and facility maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • strong experience with Google Suite including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure events and meetings are set correctly
  • check meeting setup requests
  • confirm arrangements with clients and stakeholders
  • conduct physical movement of furniture and materials
  • coordinate onsite employee moves with Roche PMO
  • communicate event details and logistics to appropriate personnel
  • liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders
  • participate in event and meeting clean-up
  • perform light custodial duties as needed
  • pick up and deliver miscellaneous items
  • conduct daily inspections of conference rooms, equipment, and premises
  • report maintenance and safety issues
  • assist in maintaining clean and organized meeting and public areas
  • perform general duties to maintain efficient workflow
  • enforce safety rules and procedures
  • lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
