Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event planning or related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented organizational abilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and in teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and communication platforms
- U.S. person requirement
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance preferred

- U.S. person due to access to export controlled information or facilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance preferred
- Experience coordinating VIP visits and executive engagements preferred
- Background in defense, aerospace, or technology industries preferred
- Experience managing events in secure or controlled-access facilities preferred
- Familiarity with audio-visual setups and technical presentation requirements preferred
- Understanding of security protocols and handling sensitive information preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and execute all logistical aspects of internal division events including team outings and holiday parties
- Own end-to-end experience for division-specific events fostering team culture
- Support program milestone celebrations and team recognition
- Coordinate logistics for VIP customer visits including facility tours and classified briefings
- Support external-facing events such as government engagements and media visits
- Partner with division operations and leadership for seamless high-profile guest experiences
- Manage logistics for secure environments and controlled-access demonstrations
- Work closely with various departments to ensure well-executed events
- Coordinate with program management and engineering teams for customer-facing events
- Serve as primary events resource for division employees
- Partner with corporate events team for enterprise-wide initiatives
- Maintain detailed budgets and vendor quotes for events
- Travel onsite as needed for event coordination and load-in/out
- Improve event processes and maintain event resource sheets
