The Event Coordinator role at Shared Medical Services is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to contribute significantly to the company’s internal and external event initiatives. This full-time, hybrid position involves managing all aspects of event coordination from inception to completion. Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, meetings, or corporate events
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience coordinating vendors, travel, registrations, and event logistics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
