The Event Coordinator/Host is also expected to embody Marriott’s high standards of hospitality by welcoming guests warmly, anticipating service needs, and showing genuine appreciation. Exceptional communication skills are essential, including professional telephone etiquette and the ability to build positive relationships with team members to achieve common goals. This position involves physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving and lifting objects up to 25 pounds, and navigating various physical environments safely.
