Job Description
Sy-Klone is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of advanced air quality systems that protect heavy equipment engines and operators in the world's toughest environments. With 40 years of engineering expertise, Sy-Klone has driven innovation, set industry standards, and earned the trust of leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) around the world by delivering proven operator air quality and engine protection solutions. The company operates on a global scale, serving a broad array of industries that rely on heavy machinery and equipment to perform under the most challenging conditions. Sy-Klone's commitment to quality, durability, and technological advancement has established it as a trusted partner for OEMs, distributors, and customers worldwide.
The Events Coordinator role at Sy-Klone presents an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of the company's global event marketing efforts. This full-time position involves supporting all phases of event planning, coordination, and execution across a diverse portfolio that includes trade shows, conferences, corporate and customer events, onsite training programs, and industry meetings. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for managing event logistics including registrations, travel and venue arrangements, shipping, installation schedules, and overall event timelines. Partnering closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal teams—such as graphic design—the Events Coordinator ensures that all event materials, promotional assets, and booth requirements are meticulously organized and aligned with company objectives.
The role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating merchandise and promotional product inventories, supporting budget management and expense tracking, and overseeing event staffing. In addition to executing the operational aspects of events, the Events Coordinator plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with event organizers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event experiences. This role also offers the chance to contribute to broader marketing initiatives and special projects that extend beyond event-specific duties.
As an integral part of a growing, innovative global company, the Events Coordinator will have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing meaningfully to Sy-Klone's market presence and customer engagement. Sy-Klone fosters a supportive culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, making this role ideal for a motivated individual seeking to advance their career in event marketing within the manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors. The company offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities, underscoring its commitment to employee growth and well-being. Joining Sy-Klone means becoming part of a trusted global brand that values expertise, creativity, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
