Bath Planet is currently expanding its marketing footprint by forming a robust Event Marketing Department. This department's mission is to promote the Bath Planet brand through direct engagement with potential customers at trade shows, festivals, and various home improvement events across Western Washington. These initiatives are designed to generate leads, enhance brand recognition, and build lasting customer relationships that translate to increased sales and business growth.
The role of Events Coordinator at Bath Planet of Seattle is a full-time, hands-on leadership position that plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s event marketing strategy. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle, which includes securing event opportunities, planning and overseeing event execution, recruiting and leading an events team, and maintaining accountability for event performance metrics. This role commands a weekly base salary ranging from $800 to $1,200 plus commission, making it both a challenging and rewarding opportunity for energetic professionals passionate about event marketing.
The Events Coordinator will act as the driving force behind Bath Planet’s presence at exhibitions and other promotional events, ensuring that every event is staffed appropriately, executed flawlessly, and yields measurable leads to influence sales positively. Job Requirements

- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Background in customer-facing roles
- Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred
- Highly outgoing with strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience
- Background in customer-facing roles such as B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events
- Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred

- Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks
Job Duties
- Book and secure weekly events and shows across assigned territory
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for self and team
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
- Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
- Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
- Drive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
- Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams
