Jackson Lewis P.C. is dedicated to helping employers devise proactive strategies, establish robust policies, and implement business-oriented solutions. Their overarching goal is to foster high-functioning, engaged, and stable workforces for their clients. The firm emphasizes creating environments of belonging and respect, valuing each employee's unique contributions. Jackson Lewis is currently seeking an Events Coordinator to join its dynamic nationwide Events team. This role focuses on supporting the planning and execution of an extensive portfolio of internal and client-facing events, including client programs, seminars, webinars, virtual events, internal meetings, trainings, conferences, and sponsorships across more than 60 offices. The position requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn and contribute, and ready to grow professionally. The Events Coordinator will take on the critical task of ensuring all events and sponsorships run smoothly and consistently by managing logistics, tracking important details, and providing day-to-day support to various team members.
This is a highly execution-focused role demanding a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership. The ability to stay organized under pressure is essential, as is a willingness to take initiative, roll up one’s sleeves, and collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will handle everything from event logistics, timeline coordination, vendor communication, venue research, registration processes, and budget tracking to on-site and virtual event support.
Additional duties include maintaining accurate data within the firm’s CRM system, supporting event communications, and assisting with post-event follow-ups such as reporting and feedback collection. The ideal candidate will bring at least three to five years of event coordination experience in related fields like law firms or professional services with a proven capacity to deliver high-quality event support in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Flexibility to work evenings and travel and a desire to grow within the profession are also important. For candidates based in New York City, the hourly salary range is from $38.00 to $43.00, depending on experience and other factors allowed by law. Jackson Lewis P.C. is an equal opportunity employer, ensuring fair consideration for all qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or other protected characteristics.
