Job Description

Bath Planet of Seattle is a proud branch of Bath Planet, a nationally recognized home remodeling company specializing in high-quality bathroom remodeling solutions. Operating in Western Washington, Bath Planet of Seattle is dedicated to transforming homeowners' bathrooms by delivering innovative and stylish renovations that enhance both form and function. The company is known for combining top-tier craftsmanship with customer-centered service, ensuring that every bathroom remodel not only meets but exceeds client expectations. With a focus on quality, reliability, and aesthetic appeal, Bath Planet of Seattle continues to lead the market in bathroom remodeling, offering solutions that add significant value to residences throughout the region.

The role of Events Coordinator at Bath Planet of Seattle is an exciting full-time leadership opportunity, designed for a highly motivated professional ready to take charge of the company’s event marketing efforts. This role is central to building and managing a high-performing Event Marketing Department that represents the Bath Planet brand at various trade shows, festivals, and home improvement events across Western Washington. The position offers a competitive weekly base salary of $800 to $1,200, plus commissions based on lead generation and performance, providing a rewarding compensation package.

As an Events Coordinator, you will lead the entire lifecycle of event marketing — from booking and securing events to coordinating on-site execution and follow-up activities. You will manage, recruit, and mentor a dynamic team of Event Demonstrators, ensuring each event is well-staffed, properly set up, and professionally managed from start to finish. Your role will be hands-on, requiring you to actively work the events, engage with customers to generate qualified leads, and ultimately drive sales and revenue growth. Given the leadership nature of this position, you will also be responsible for setting and tracking performance goals, managing budgets, and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and senior leadership.

This is an ideal role for someone with proven leadership skills, a background in customer-facing roles such as B2C marketing or sales, and a passion for event marketing. Having experience in recruiting and team management is preferred, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role requires availability to work every weekend and the physical ability to stand and engage at events for extended periods. The position also offers flexible work settings, allowing administrative tasks to be carried out from home or office. Bath Planet of Seattle is committed to fostering career growth and offers a significant opportunity to play a direct role in the expansion and success of the company’s presence across Western Washington.
