The position demands a professional attitude in welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and providing genuine appreciation. It also requires clear communication, including telephone etiquette, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, and supporting team goals. The candidate must be physically able to perform various tasks involving extended periods of standing or walking, lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds, and navigating confined or uneven spaces.
