We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our Central Pennsylvania market, including Harrisburg and surrounding communities. This role plays a critical part in our marketing and sales efforts by organizing and managing various events and shows that help us connect with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, enabling them to successfully plan and execute events while motivating their team of event demonstrators. With a compensation range of $40,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience, and attractive bonus opportunities, this position offers a chance to contribute to a growing company while advancing your career in marketing and event coordination.

As a Marketing Events Coordinator at DayBrook Kitchen & Bath, you will research and identify relevant events and trade shows within the designated territory, negotiate contracts with event vendors, and maintain an annual calendar of important marketing activities. You will recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators, ensuring they effectively represent the brand and provide exceptional customer interactions. The role also involves coordinating booth setups and breakdowns, generating appointments for free in-home consultations, and collecting contest entries to expand our customer base. By measuring event performance and reporting results, you will help optimize our marketing strategies and enhance our impact in the Central PA market.
