The role of Events Coordinator at Life Time is integral in supporting the Events and Corporate Communications team alongside adult programming initiatives. This position specifically focuses on managing and executing logistics related to adult sports programming, including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. The Events Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a successful and engaging program that aligns with Life Time's Mission and Vision Statement. The incumbent will work collaboratively across various internal departments and with external vendors to coordinate in-center events, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere within the club.
This position offers an hourly wage starting at $19.75 and can go up to $26.50 based on experience and qualifications, providing a competitive compensation package for candidates. Serving as a bridge between members and the club's event programming, the Events Coordinator helps to enhance member retention by delivering outstanding service and memorable event experiences. Responsibilities include project management support for marketing campaigns, detailed event documentation and reporting, and active promotion of club events to members and non-members. The role also demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt dynamically in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required
