Life Time is a premier health and wellness company that operates luxury athletic clubs and resorts across the United States and Canada. Known for its commitment to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, Life Time offers an extensive range of fitness, wellness, and recreational programs tailored to meet the needs of its diverse member base. With state-of-the-art facilities and a focus on community engagement, Life Time has established itself as a leader in the fitness industry by delivering innovative and inclusive experiences that encourage individuals to live healthier lives throughout their lifespan.

The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace environment that respects and celebrates the unique contributions of each team member. Dedicated to equal opportunity employment, Life Time recruits, hires, trains, and promotes based on merit and qualifications, ensuring the best talent is nurtured and empowered to thrive.

The Events Coordinator at Life Time plays a critical role within the Events and Corporate Communications team by providing logistical and tactical support for a variety of adult programming activities, including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. This position is essential in managing and supporting all adult sports programming within the club, ensuring that members have access to a successful and robust lineup of events and activities designed to enhance their club experience.

As a key team member, the Events Coordinator works to ensure that all events align with Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statements, aiming to deliver outstanding member experiences that encourage participation and retention. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to plan and execute in-center event logistics efficiently. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for providing timely documentation and reporting on specific event metrics to measure success and inform future planning.

Beyond logistics, the Events Coordinator supports club event marketing campaigns through project management activities, collaborating closely with marketing colleagues to help promote adult programs and events effectively. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to engage with both members and non-members, fostering enthusiasm for the club’s offerings and helping to build lasting relationships within the community.

This full-time position demands attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Furthermore, the ability to travel as needed and current CPR and AED certification are essential for safety compliance and smooth operations during events. While a High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are the minimum requirements for the role, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of club activities, promotions, and exceptional customer service skills.

Joining Life Time as an Events Coordinator means becoming part of a vibrant team that is passionate about creating memorable experiences and supporting members’ wellness journeys.
