Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in event planning
- Alignment with Truth For Life statement of faith
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends or evenings as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in event budgeting and vendor management
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years event planning experience
- Alignment with Truth For Life statement of faith
- Passion for Christian ministry and evangelism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
- Experience coordinating volunteers and team members
Job Duties
- Plan, promote, and execute in-person and virtual events aligned with ministry goals
- Recruit, organize, and oversee event volunteers including task assignments and training
- Negotiate contracts with venues and manage vendor relationships within budget
- Coordinate logistical details such as food, lodging, and travel for staff and speakers
- Lead internal meetings to ensure successful event outcomes
- Supervise event execution and promptly resolve issues
- Conduct post-event debriefs to gather feedback for improvement
