Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant business or nonprofit experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in organizational and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate internal chapter special events
- Maximize external fundraising events
- Assist the development team with event-related tasks
- Collaborate with Director of Development to implement development goals
- Drive philanthropic engagement through cultivation of partners
- Coach and oversee volunteer fundraising chairs and committees
- Develop event budgets and training materials
- Maintain records of in-kind and monetary donations
- Evaluate events and analyze performance
- Track event progress towards fundraising targets
- Represent Make-A-Wish Idaho at external events
- Create donor appreciation and stewardship programs
- Respond to event inquiries from donors and public
- Utilize donor information systems to manage relationships
