Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or administrative roles preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • proactive and tech-savvy
  • willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to various leadership styles

Job Qualifications

  • proficient in general computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • previous experience in hospitality or administrative roles preferred
  • hospitality degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • support event managers with group turnovers
  • review contracts and detail group information in systems
  • manage direct client interactions on guest room reservations and billing
  • collaborate consistently across hotel departments for seamless event execution
  • communicate effectively via phone, video calls, and email
  • assist in planning and executing site visits
  • participate in special projects to enhance the events department
