The Events Coordinator role at Life Time is pivotal in supporting the Events and Corporate Communications team by managing logistical and tactical elements of club events and adult programming. This position specifically focuses on adult sports such as squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops, ensuring the successful delivery of a dynamic and engaging program that meets the needs of the club’s members. As a key contributor to member retention and satisfaction, the Events Coordinator will collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors to execute seamless event logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating event details, managing marketing campaigns for club events, and fostering member engagement to promote and enhance adult sports programming. The role demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in CPR and AED is required, emphasizing the importance of safety awareness in the club environment. Job Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required

Job Duties
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
