As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing celebrations such as birthday parties, workshops, build challenges, and themed LEGO events, both within the store walls and at community locations. You will serve as the primary liaison between the store and event participants, ensuring that all events run smoothly, meet customer expectations, and reflect the vibrant brand identity of Bricks & Minifigs. This role demands a highly organized individual with a passion for LEGO, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include creating detailed event plans with timelines, budgets, and checklists, maintaining an up-to-date events calendar, coordinating resources and staffing needs, and managing inventory for event supplies and decorations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote events through various channels such as social media, in-store promotions, and partnerships with local community organizations and schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning or customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and a flair for creativity that aligns with the brand’s mission to provide memorable, engaging experiences for LEGO fans.

This position offers a competitive pay structure based on experience, flexible scheduling options including weekends and evenings, and benefits such as employee discounts and opportunities for career advancement. By joining the Bricks & Minifigs team as an Events Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic, creative work environment where your skills will directly contribute to building community connections and delivering joyful, innovative events. If you are enthusiastic about creating experiences that bring people together and share a passion for the imaginative world of LEGO, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while indulging in your interests.
