Job Duties

- Supervise banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff during events
- Assign duties and ensure proper staffing levels for each function
- Provide real time direction and support to ensure smooth service flow
- Ensure high-quality service standards are delivered consistently
- Communicate effectively with culinary, sales, and event planning teams
