Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must be available to work some nights to staff events
- High degree of professionalism
- Basic knowledge of restaurants and venues in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with planning and execution of meetings, conferences, dinners, and employee events
- Assist on-site at fast-paced events including managing event registration and check-in, taking event photos, conversing with venue managers and vendors, distributing event collateral and gifts, helping with set-up and tear-down
- Organize and purchase supplies for events
- Manage attendee lists and prepare name tags
- Take on administrative projects and day-to-day tasks
- Conduct venue research and maintain venue/vendor tracker
- Manage payment requests and track invoices
- Support event reporting and maintain events calendar
- Provide administrative support to the Events team
