We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Events Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is indispensable in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of our events. The Events Assistant will be actively involved at every stage, from the initial concept to the final wrap-up, guaranteeing that all event logistics are managed efficiently. This position requires on-campus work in Atlanta, GA, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will work closely with event managers and other team members to coordinate vendors and suppliers, oversee registrations, prepare event materials, and provide on-site support during events. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in event support or related administrative roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records
  • Prepare event materials such as signage, brochures, and giveaways
  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown activities
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
