Job Description
Located in Cincinnati, OH, our organization is a dynamic leader in orchestrating high-impact promotional events and brand activations that engage diverse audiences and foster meaningful customer experiences. We specialize in delivering seamless event operations coupled with vibrant community interaction, establishing ourselves as a go-to resource for businesses seeking to elevate their brand presence at live events. Our commitment to excellence and innovation positions us at the forefront of the promotional events industry.
The role of Events Assistant at our company is designed to be a cornerstone position that supports the planning, execution, and successful delivery of in-person events and promotional activities. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced, interactive environments and enjoys engaging with the public. The Events Assistant will collaborate closely with event leads and the broader team to ensure every event is executed flawlessly from initial setup through conclusion.
As an Events Assistant, your responsibilities will extend beyond basic event coordination; you will be instrumental in fostering positive attendee experiences by welcoming guests, providing helpful information, and managing attendee flow. Your organizational skills will come to the fore as you prepare materials, manage inventory, and maintain clean, brand-aligned event spaces. This hands-on role requires a blend of operational efficiency and customer service excellence, empowering you to make a tangible impact on our brand's live event presence.
This position offers competitive compensation with potential bonus incentives, reflecting the high value we place on the contributions of our team members. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your skills and advance your career within the marketing and events sector. Working with us means joining a collaborative and energetic team environment where no two days are the same, providing varied workdays and opportunities to build your expertise in event logistics, customer engagement, and promotional strategies.
Ideal candidates for this role are those who excel at problem-solving and thrive on interpersonal interactions. Being able to lift event materials between 25 to 40 pounds, maintain flexibility for weekend or evening shifts, and operate confidently in both indoor and outdoor settings are essential to success in this role. Experience in related fields such as retail, customer service, or event marketing adds value but is not mandatory. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to delivering memorable, well-organized events that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
