Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management communications marketing or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support internships considered
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- proficiency in microsoft office excel word powerpoint
- willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- assist in planning and organizing events including logistics timelines and vendor coordination
- support on-site event execution and troubleshooting
- maintain and update event schedules budgets and documentation
- coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
- prepare materials presentations and follow-up reports
- assist in managing event inventory and supplies
- conduct site visits and assist with venue arrangements
- provide administrative support as needed to the Events Manager
