Job Description

The Bizarre Agency is a dynamic organization based in Miami, FL, specializing in nonprofit awareness and fundraising campaigns. Known for its commitment to social causes, the agency actively drives initiatives that focus on crucial global and community issues. Their mission is to empower nonprofits by providing effective campaign strategies and public engagement expertise to support meaningful change. The agency is deeply involved in advocacy and fundraising across Coral Gables and surrounding areas, aiming to create lasting impact through well-coordinated events and public outreach.

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join their team on a full-time, in-person basis. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in interactive and team-driven environments. The Events Assistant will play a central part in supporting nonprofit campaigns that address significant causes such as environmental conservation and climate initiatives, anti-trafficking and human rights protection, as well as global humanitarian aid and sustainable development. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in event marketing, communication, and campaign execution.

As an Events Assistant at The Bizarre Agency, you will be responsible for assisting with event setups and campaign coordination across various nonprofit projects. The role requires you to engage the public in meaningful, face-to-face conversations where you will explain nonprofit missions clearly and professionally. You will also support supporter sign-ups and contribute effectively to overall team performance, ensuring each campaign achieves its goals and maximizes public impact. This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in hospitality or retail who possess strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.

The recruitment process involves an initial screening call, followed by a structured first-stage interview that may be virtual or in-person, and a final interview focusing on campaign understanding and performance expectations. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive onboarding and campaign training, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to represent the agency and its nonprofit campaigns confidently. Joining The Bizarre Agency means contributing to socially responsible campaigns that foster positive change in communities locally and globally. If you are passionate about making a difference and have a high-energy, team-oriented attitude, this role offers an exciting career opportunity to build valuable experience while supporting noble causes.
