They aim to enhance Garver’s visibility and reputation in the industry through innovative communication strategies.

Currently, Garver seeks to add an Events and Tradeshows Planner to their Communications Team. This full-time position involves managing and promoting Garver’s presence at over 90 conferences and tradeshows annually, along with coordinating internal events across Garver's extensive regional network. The planner will handle diverse responsibilities such as coordinating digital and physical marketing collateral, social media promotion, tradeshow booth management, event signage, promo items, giveaways, and more. Additionally, this role will manage internal high-profile events like the executive Town Hall Tour and annual Best Firm Celebrations, ensuring a top-tier experience for all Garver employees.

The successful candidate will bring at least five years of project management experience in events and tradeshows, exceptional organizational skills, strong client relationship capabilities, and the ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a bonus. Occasional travel will be required to support events.
