We are currently seeking a seasoned Events and Trade Show Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of impactful internal and external events including client engagements, executive programs, and prominent trade shows. Operating within a fast-paced technology environment, you will independently manage the entire event lifecycle—from budgeting and vendor negotiation to logistics and onsite delivery. Your efforts will align with business objectives and help enhance our brand visibility in every initiative.

This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams. You will develop scalable, high-quality event programs that foster meaningful customer engagement and support strategic business priorities. Additionally, you will take a leadership role by mentoring junior team members, establishing best practices, and optimizing processes for consistent excellence. With travel required up to 50% globally, this role offers an engaging and rewarding opportunity to impact the company’s global footprint while advancing your career in event management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of event management experience
  • CMP certification
  • Ability to lead large-scale events independently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of event management experience in corporate or technology environments
  • CMP certification required
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, high-visibility events
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
  • Experience managing complex initiatives under pressure
  • Skilled in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management
  • Data-driven approach with analytics skills
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and process improvement
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft 365 applications

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of internal and external events including client conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align event strategies with business priorities
  • Manage all aspects of event lifecycle from program design to onsite delivery
  • Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reconciliation
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor and venue relationships
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent event programs and mitigate risks
  • Establish and refine processes and best practices for scalability and consistency
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights for future improvements
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements
