We are partnering with a renowned hospitality group behind one of South Beach's most distinctive lifestyle-driven food, beverage, nightlife, and social concepts. Located in the vibrant area of South Beach, Miami, the hospitality group boasts a massive footprint with high energy and even bigger potential for growth. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event sales or hospitality sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and building relationships in the Miami market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Strong experience in hospitality event sales, nightlife sales, restaurant sales, luxury lifestyle events, or experiential hospitality
  • Existing Miami network and relationships preferred
  • Proactive, outgoing, and commercially minded personality
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, high-visibility environment
  • Ability to sell the vision and execute the details
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation, event strategy, and guest experience
  • Experience driving business for restaurants, lounges, nightlife venues, hotels, or entertainment driven concepts

Job Duties

  • Drive private event, corporate, nightlife, and social business across multiple venue spaces
  • Build relationships with concierges, luxury brands, promoters, local businesses, influencers, VIP clientele, and corporate decision makers
  • Create recurring event concepts and revenue generating activations
  • Prospect aggressively throughout the Miami market
  • Help position the venue as a go-to destination in South Beach
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and operations leadership to execute high-level guest experiences
  • Develop partnerships that increase visibility, bookings, and long-term revenue
  • Bring creativity, hustle, and entrepreneurial thinking to the business
