Job Description
Our company is a well-established restaurant and catering company renowned for delivering exceptional dining experiences and top-tier event services. We specialize in high-end private dining, off-site catering, and corporate event bookings, catering to an upscale clientele that values quality, creativity, and impeccable service. With a strong presence in the hospitality industry, we have built a reputation for excellence, combining culinary expertise with meticulous event planning to create unforgettable moments for our guests. Our team is passionate about hospitality and driven to innovate, making us a preferred choice for both social and corporate events. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals who share our commitment to service excellence and business growth.
We are currently seeking a motivated Events and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is designed for a hospitality professional who thrives in both event coordination and proactive sales environments. The position involves managing the entire event lifecycle, from initial inquiries and site tours to post-event follow-ups. The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving business growth through private dining experiences, off-site catering, and corporate partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, preparing banquet event orders, and ensuring flawless event execution. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale setting.
The Events and Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and optimizing performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records (with a preference for Pipedrive experience), and fostering client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based bonuses, comprehensive medical benefits, paid time off, and dining discounts. Candidates who possess a blend of creative event planning capabilities and strategic sales experience will find this role highly rewarding and impactful. If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a rapidly expanding company, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while being part of a collaborative, high-energy work environment.
