The Marketing Representative I position at Andersen is crafted for individuals passionate about customer engagement and sales support within the home improvement sector. This role involves direct interaction with homeowners at various events, retail venues, and showroom settings to generate qualified leads for the sales team. The Marketing Representative I is responsible for fostering meaningful dialogue with potential customers, educating them about the benefits and features of window and door replacement options offered by Renewal by Andersen. Emphasis is placed on using a prescribed methodology to accurately identify customer needs and motivations, facilitating the scheduling of in-home consultation appointments.

This full-time position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.00, alongside performance-based incentives, with a pay range extending from $13.88 to $20.82 depending on experience and performance. The role requires individuals to provide clear, engaging communication that embodies the Renewal by Andersen brand promise and values. Candidates must be adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects or time-sensitive tasks. They will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive brand image, ensuring high standards at every customer touchpoint.

In addition to direct customer interaction, the role includes responsibilities such as setting up and breaking down event and retail booth spaces and attending team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company processes and product knowledge. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities
  • Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation
  • Possess a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region
  • Event/Retail marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Provide information key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process
  • Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them
  • Follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations
  • Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines (includes the set-up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed)
  • Deliver a World Class Homeowner Experience by providing clear communication with prospective customers, setting realistic expectations and embodying the Renewal by Andersen "Brand Promise" and "Who We Are" documents
  • Attend Team Meetings and training identified by Event and Retail Manager/Supervisor
