Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including events and showroom shifts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time-dependent activities
- Flexible, cooperative, and customer-focused mindset

Job Duties
- Engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts to generate qualified leads
- Provide detailed information and educate customers on Renewal by Andersen products and the sales process
- Follow the lead management process to set sales appointments
- Set up and tear down event and retail booth spaces as needed
- Deliver a world-class homeowner experience by maintaining clear communication and realistic expectations
- Attend team meetings and trainings as scheduled by management
- Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
