The position involves handling the logistics for diverse events, promotions, and tournaments, such as Slot and Blackjack tournaments, along with gift pickups and event setups. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of all events, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and manage event associates effectively. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing decor arrangements, including setting up balloon columns and centerpieces, which contribute significantly to the event ambiance.

This position also requires occasional cash handling, demanding strict adherence to the property’s cash handling policies. Providing superior guest service is a key component, as the role involves assisting patrons courteously and respectfully, addressing their requests and offering information efficiently. An integral part of the role is educating customers about upcoming promotions and events, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property details and memorabilia. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • handles the logistics for events and promotions, gifts pickups and Slot and Blackjack tournaments set-up and breakdown
  • assists with all decor such as balloon columns and centerpieces

  • assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information courteously and respectfully
  • provides superior guest service to all guests
