Job Duties
- Handles the logistics for events and promotions, gifts pickups and Slot and Blackjack tournaments set-up and breakdown
- Assists with all décor such as balloon columns and centerpieces
- Trains, schedules and coaches event and promotion associates
- Occasional cash handling following property cash handling policies and procedures
- Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner
- Provides superior guest service to all guests
- Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events
- Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia
- Upholds the mission statement and represents Hard Rock Biloxi positively with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors
