Job Duties
- Proactively approach consumers in-store to promote satellite TV services
- act as a liaison between corporate clientele and retail consumers
- travel to retail locations throughout the DFW area
- create positive brand experiences by engaging consumers and addressing service questions
- identify qualified prospects and close sales/subscriptions
- listen to customer needs and overcome objections
- recommend service plans tailored to customers
