The role offered is for an Entry-Level Events & Promotions Assistant within the Marketing Events Planning Division. This position is intended for individuals eager to develop their skills in the fast-paced world of retail marketing and promotions. As part of a vibrant, goal-oriented team, the assistant will help execute marketing campaigns that align with clients’ brand identities while benefiting consumers. The position requires proactive engagement with consumers in retail settings, including travelling to various locations within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area as part of the promotional efforts. The Entry-Level Promotions Assistant will receive training in all facets of campaign execution to develop a well-rounded skill set and establish expertise in key areas such as consumer interaction, brand representation, and sales strategies. This role provides a solid foundation for anyone looking to build a career in marketing events, promotions, or retail sales support. Job Duties

  • identify qualified prospects and close sales/subscriptions
  • listen to customer needs and overcome objections
  • recommend service plans tailored to customers
