With a strong emphasis on community involvement and corporate social responsibility through its People Planet Play framework, Caesars continuously supports economic development, the wellbeing of its team members and their families, and makes positive contributions to the communities where it operates.
Among the distinguished properties under Caesars Entertainment's umbrella are Harrah's Council Bluffs, Horseshoe Council Bluffs, the Mid-America Center, and the Hilton Garden Inn. These venues offer a fusion of gaming, accommodation, convention, meeting, and entertainment services tailored to the Council Bluffs metropolitan area. The organization prides itself on fostering a workplace culture inspired by its core Mission, Vision, and Values — "Create the Extraordinary," "We create spectacular worlds that immerse, inspire and connect you," and "Blaze the Trail, Together We Win, All-In on Service." These guiding principles are woven into every level of the company’s operations, ensuring a high standard of excellence and collaboration.

Working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the coordinator oversees the logistics and execution of events including decorations, scheduling food and beverage services, managing interdepartmental communication, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with all official rules and regulatory guidelines.
In addition, the Promotions Coordinator takes charge of monitoring Advantage Promotions System (APS) to conduct daily audits and ensure the accuracy of promotional programs. They assist in managing promotion budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining detailed participant records in the PET Finance System. The role also includes vital support functions such as updating collateral materials, managing social media messaging, ensuring accurate property website content, and providing training for Special Events Attendants. An essential element of the position is maintaining excellent relationships with various departments and partners, including the Caesars Rewards team, to successfully deliver marketing initiatives.
This position demands a committed individual who exemplifies integrity, excellent communication, and organizational skills, and can work collaboratively in a high-energy, guest-centric environment. Physical mobility is necessary for this role, including the ability to stand, walk, and handle certain physical tasks throughout an entire shift. Flexibility regarding work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also required. The company emphasizes equal employment opportunity and inclusive hiring practices, promoting diversity and fairness in its workforce.
