Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and lead creative community events and programs for residents and families
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Create and manage daily departmental work schedules
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Develop and maintain monthly and yearly event and program calendars
- Ensure timely completion of participation records and progress notes
- Oversee event programming development and delivery by departmental staff
