Job Description

Apartment Life is a unique organization dedicated to creating vibrant, connected apartment communities where residents can experience a supportive and welcoming environment. This company operates within the residential property management sector, focusing on community building and resident engagement through thoughtful events and initiatives. Apartment Life’s mission is deeply rooted in fostering genuine relationships and enhancing the overall living experience by integrating caring ministry with excellent management practices. With a commitment to acting as a bridge between residents and their community, Apartment Life invites individuals who are passionate about social connection and community impact to join their team.

We are currently hiring part-time Events and Ministry Coordinators to join our onsite teams at various apartment communities. This role is designed for people who enjoy event planning, building relationships, and making a positive difference in the lives of apartment residents. Coordinators have the opportunity to put their passion for helping others into action by planning engaging monthly events that bring residents together, develop community spirit, and provide opportunities for connection. The position requires a commitment of approximately 4 hours each week, totaling 16 hours per month, primarily during evenings and weekends when residents are more likely to participate.

As an Events and Ministry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in connecting residents to each other, local services, and resources through creative event planning and genuine hospitality. Part of the job is to provide a caring touch to residents by fostering sincere personal interactions and using effective communication to invite and engage them in community life. You will also be responsible for marketing your events through various channels including social media, flyers, and monthly calendars. Budget management and coordination with vendors and volunteers are essential to ensure events run smoothly and effectively. This is a meaningful part-time paid position for individuals who want to combine their skills in event planning, communication, and ministry with a heart for serving others in a community-focused environment.

This role is ideal for mission-minded individuals who are relational, responsible, and enjoy meeting new people while sharing God’s unconditional love. It provides a unique opportunity to integrate faith with practical service, working alongside a support network of community partners and volunteers. Coordinators serve as a vital link in the Apartment Life vision of weaving excellence in business with genuine neighborly care. Due to the unique onsite nature of this community, coordinators must be available to work regularly with residents and staff at their specific apartment property. This includes visiting new residents shortly after move-in and connecting with those nearing the end of their lease, ensuring no one feels disconnected or overlooked.

If you are someone who values creating meaningful experiences, has a passion for community involvement, and seeks flexible, part-time work that makes a real impact, this role offers a rewarding opportunity. Join Apartment Life as an Events and Ministry Coordinator and help transform apartment communities into places where everyone feels cared for and connected.
