Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Basic fluency in English
  • Valid driver’s license and current liability insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Availability for weekly hours mostly during evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to the minimum term of service at the community

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Basic fluency in English including ability to create marketing materials and reports
  • Possess valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to physically perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work primarily evenings and weekends
  • Ability to commit to minimum term of service
  • Previous event planning or coordinating experience preferred
  • Experience working with budgets preferred
  • Familiarity with social media and basic marketing practices preferred
  • Existing network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and host two monthly events for residents to foster community
  • Provide consistent presence and support for residents and onsite staff
  • Create marketing materials including event flyers and social media posts
  • Manage the event budget and related financial processes
  • Prepare and submit monthly summaries and reports
  • Meet regularly with onsite staff and Program Director for planning and development
  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers, vendors, and community partners to enhance event impact
