The Cadillac Formula 1 Team represents a remarkable convergence of history, innovation, and talent in the high-speed world of Formula 1 racing. Backed by prestigious partners such as TWG Global and General Motors (GM), this team is positioned uniquely to disrupt the Formula 1 industry by combining a fresh perspective with relentless ambition for success. Operating with the energy of a start-up yet grounded in the legacy of a historic brand, the team is committed to building an inclusive, values-driven culture alongside developing a high-performance racing car. It embodies bold ambitions, seamlessly combining innovation leadership with excellent execution, and empowers its members with the freedom to think differently and shape the future of motor racing. The cultural ethos promotes an ego-free environment where talents are challenged and nurtured, defining a new chapter that invites professionals to play a key role in putting the team on the competitive grid.
The role of Events and Hospitality Coordinator within the Cadillac Formula 1 Team is vital to ensuring world-class experiences for partners, sponsors, VIPs, and guests throughout the global Formula 1 Grand Prix calendar. This position calls for a dynamic, highly organized coordinator capable of managing the multifaceted aspects of event and hospitality operations, both on and off the track. Responsibilities include planning, preparation, logistical support, and trackside hosting, requiring a keen eye for detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed and efficient in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. The successful candidate will support the execution of sophisticated hospitality experiences, coordinate guest services during Grand Prix events worldwide, and collaborate closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality brand engagements. Additional duties involve managing invitations, RSVPs, budgets, and operational needs, solving problems in real-time, and ensuring flawless communication and coordination among internal stakeholders. The role also extends to overseeing reception activities at designated suite races, managing hospitality gifting, and ensuring seamless shipment logistics for race events. Travel is extensive, reflecting the global nature of Formula 1, and the ability to work long, dynamic hours during event weekends is essential.
This position offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to join a trailblazing Formula 1 team passionate about redefining success through innovation and excellence. Alongside competitive employment benefits such as healthcare, generous time off, and substantial career development opportunities within a respected international brand, the role promises a challenging yet rewarding pathway filled with career-defining moments. The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace, emphasizing environmental responsibility, sustainability, inclusion, and health and safety. Security checks and background verification are part of the recruitment process, ensuring a safe and professional working environment. If you possess a proven track record in events, hospitality, or client service domains, particularly in motorsport, luxury, or sports sectors, and thrive in fast-paced, international settings, this role is an exceptional career opportunity to accelerate your professional journey and contribute to a pioneering, ambitious Formula 1 team.
