Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company events and trade shows

Job Duties
- Assist in serving customers coffee and meals with professionalism and warmth
- Support food and beverage preparation and presentation
- Ensure high standards of customer and employee satisfaction
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events
- Coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and logistics
- Manage event timelines and on-site support
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation
- Assist with expense tracking and reporting
- Update information such as new customers, contacts, and leads into CRM and ERP systems
- Support trade show planning and logistics
- Coordinate trade show booth materials and shipping
- Help capture photos and videos during events and daily operations
- Assist with creating social media and promotional content
