The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is currently seeking an Event and Group Services Coordinator to join its dynamic team. This full-time role is essential to ensuring seamless event execution and supporting the overall Event Sales and Conference Services teams. The Event and Group Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Sales and Conference Services Managers and Director, assisting with the coordination and planning of social events, small conferences, and group blocks, as well as collaborating with various hotel departments to create exceptional client experiences.
In this role, the coordinator acts as a liaison across multiple departments including catering, audiovisual, and food and beverage services to guarantee that client expectations are met and exceeded. Among the many responsibilities, supporting internal Four Seasons meetings and ensuring that event logistics run smoothly are critical functions. The coordinator helps maintain inventories of departmental supplies and supports front-of-house operations when needed by greeting guests and assisting with quick set-ups or tear-downs of banquet spaces.

Job Duties
- Assist in the organization of social events and act as a liaison with the hotel’s department and division heads in planning internal Four Seasons meetings
- Responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of small conferences, rooms-only group blocks, and select entertainment groups within the hotel, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all client needs are met
- Collaborate with all departments to arrange meeting spaces, audiovisual equipment, food and beverage services, and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process
- Provide personalized support to clients, maintain detailed records, and contribute to the success of smaller events through efficient and attentive service
- Periodically assist with front of house operations including greeting and directing guests, manning hospitality desks, and working with banquets on quick sets or teardowns
- Maintain an inventory of all standard department supplies and printed materials, including but not limited to catering corporate and wedding packets, special menu cards, and velum
- Create purchasing orders for the department
