Key responsibilities include managing event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and related data entry tasks. Additionally, the role supports on-site sponsorship activations, ensuring that brand visibility requirements are met according to national and regional agreements. The Assistant also plays a critical role in documenting and compiling event recaps, which are essential for continual improvement and client satisfaction.
Candidates must possess a friendly and outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a customer-focused setting. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds, as well as the capability to perform various physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, and grasping for extended periods. The position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work to align with business demands. There is also a need for occasional travel to assist at events held at other park locations. A valid driver's license for golf cart operation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
