Job Description

PreBorn is a Christ-centered organization committed to supporting pregnancy clinics and advancing life-affirming initiatives across the nation. As a nonprofit ministry with a strong evangelical foundation, PreBorn focuses on fostering supportive relationships with its partners, donors, and the communities it serves through carefully crafted communications. The organization values servant leadership, adaptability, innovation, and collaboration, which are integral to its workplace culture and mission fulfillment. PreBorn's operations include organizing national events, fundraising activities, partner trainings, and internal engagements, all aimed at expanding its mission and impact in the areas of pregnancy support and client care.

The role of Events and Client Services Communications Manager is pivotal within PreBorn, acting as a key liaison among the Events, Marketing, and Programs teams. This full-time position emphasizes a Christ-loving and results-oriented approach to delivering clear, compelling, and mission-aligned communications. The successful candidate will design and implement communication strategies for national fundraising events, partner gatherings, and various program initiatives. They will ensure that messaging is consistent with the organization's theological convictions and brand voice, and that all communications enhance engagement with pregnancy clinic partners, donors, and event participants.

This role requires the management of a wide range of communication tasks, including content development for invitations, registration messaging, program updates, scripts, follow-up interactions, and donor touchpoints. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of client-facing materials by collaborating closely with other departments. A significant part of the job involves strategic communication planning to support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement with program participants. Moreover, the Events and Client Services Communications Manager will oversee the integration of impact stories into communication channels to strengthen the narrative of PreBorn’s life-saving mission.

Beyond content creation, this position demands strong project management skills to handle multiple communication initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. The manager will build and maintain communication calendars, coordinate with creative teams to develop supportive assets, and monitor communication effectiveness through metrics such as open rates and audience engagement. Continuous improvement of communication processes and strategies is a key responsibility, aimed at increasing clarity, impact, and partner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and demonstrates strong writing and editing capabilities with the flexibility to adapt tone for different audiences. Integrity and a genuine commitment to PreBorn’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct are essential, alongside a willingness to intercede in prayer for the ministry. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by advancing the organization’s mission through strategic and heartfelt communication efforts in support of pregnancy clinics and the partners who serve them.
