On event days, they coordinate with judges, talent, and writers to guarantee smooth operations, rehearsals, and broadcast quality. Maintaining the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Image database for use at livestream events also falls under this role.

The role further entails providing operational support during Tier 3 and higher events and leading post-event recap meetings with all stakeholders, including internal teams and tournament organizers. A flexible and proactive approach is essential, as the manager may be called upon to demo games and handle other administrative duties as assigned. This challenging position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adeptness in strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, and forecasting is expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Asana project management software.
