The role of Administrative and Events & Marketing Assistant is multifaceted, combining key administrative functions with hands-on event coordination and marketing support. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, diverse, and creative environments. The primary responsibilities include conducting detailed market research to uncover new event opportunities in key regional markets, maintaining and updating critical databases, and assisting with the coordination and submission of event applications through various online platforms such as Eventhub, Evently, and Eventbrite. Additional duties encompass managing inventory and event supplies, supporting marketing initiatives through content creation and distribution across social media platforms, and handling administrative tasks related to marketing events. The assistant will also aid in the preparation of training materials for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the marketing team.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication capabilities to effectively liaise with event promoters, venue partners, and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, familiarity with Google applications, and experience using event management software are highly valued. Physical stamina is also required as the job involves occasional lifting and carrying of equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Job Duties
