The role focuses on efficiently managing and updating various databases and records using computer systems. Key responsibilities include entering and retrieving information related to guest reservations and files, managing incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, faxes, and traditional mail, and operating standard office equipment beyond just computers. The position requires drafting professional correspondence including letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Maintaining accurate and orderly filing systems both electronically and on paper is crucial to support office operations and ensure smooth business transactions. This role is integral to supporting office activities, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Duties
