Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
  • At least two years of related experience and/or training
  • Availability to work on weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
  • Freedom from illegal use of drugs and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • At least two years of related experience and/or training
  • Freedom from illegal drug use and workplace drug and alcohol effects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in event management or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Develop, oversee, and coordinate exceptional events
  • On event days, serve as the client’s primary point of contact and lead a team of skilled, trained staff
  • Ensure excellent execution of each event
  • Work with the Service Leader who manages front-of-house employee operations
  • Guide the culinary team to deliver outstanding cuisine for guests
  • Supervise the venue’s cleanliness and organization to ensure it shines
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams and outside vendors to ensure successful event execution
  • Handle paperwork and maintain effective communication
  • Be flexible to perform additional duties to meet business needs
