Job Requirements

  • education at least a four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • possession of RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
  • minimum two years of event planning or related experience
  • availability to work weekends
  • compliance with drug and alcohol policies
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage high-pressure situations

Job Duties

  • develop, oversee, and coordinate exceptional events
  • serve as the client’s primary point of contact on event days
  • lead a team of skilled and trained staff
  • ensure excellent execution of each event
  • collaborate with culinary and operations teams and outside vendors
  • handle paperwork and maintain effective communication
  • supervise venue cleanliness and organization
