Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in meeting/event planning including incentives, association, corporation, hotel catering, or convention sales
- proven communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance
- experience with project planning
- ability to work independently and proactively
- experience handling multiple projects and client escalations
- experience in client relationship development and maintenance
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in G-suite tools
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in meeting/event planning including incentives, association, corporation, hotel catering, or convention sales
- proven success in communicating and interacting effectively with executive-level stakeholders demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and confidence in high-visibility environments
- strong knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance
- experience project planning
- proven ability to work independently and proactively
- prior experience in effectively handling multiple projects/demands and client escalations
- prior successful experience in developing and maintaining key client relationships
- excellent oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels including individual contributors, suppliers, and executive clients
- proficiency in G-suite tools and ability to quickly learn new technology
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for event hosts and internal service teams
- plan and design events in assigned venue space including timelines, deliverables, and communication plans
- lead pre-con meetings and site inspections to ensure supplier service delivery
- oversee onsite event execution acting as team lead and ensuring quality assurance across all service areas
- manage VIP logistics and special projects ensuring privacy and security protocols are followed
- conduct venue audits and submit maintenance requests to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- maintain venue SOPs, manage venue calendar, and accurately track event data
