Job Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve and work in a team environment
Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
Valid regular driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift)
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience

Job Duties

Greet customers in a friendly manner
Ensure all customers receive professional, courteous, and timely valet service
Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
Communicate with the Twin Cities Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues
