Job Description

UG2 is currently seeking an energetic and service-driven Event & Tenant Experience Coordinator to support programming, tenant engagement, and community activations at Lyrik Back Bay. Lyrik Back Bay is a vibrant, multi-level open-air plaza that connects office, retail, dining, and hospitality sectors in a dynamic mixed-use environment. The Coordinator will play a key part in delivering elevated, hospitality-focused experiences that bring this exciting space to life, helping to foster a strong sense of community among tenants and visitors alike.

This role will be responsible for orchestrating tenant-facing events that include wellness programming, networking opportunities, and seasonal activations, ensuring that the amenity and conference spaces are utilized effectively and efficiently. The Event & Tenant Experience Coordinator will also support public plaza programming and activations in collaboration with the marketing team, acting as the on-site host during events to maintain seamless operations and superior guest experiences.

Additionally, the Coordinator oversees event logistics such as setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement, signage, and materials distribution, while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Janitorial teams to ensure that all events comply with building policies, permits, and insurance requirements. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a hospitality-driven environment and take pride in delivering superior experiences through professionalism, creativity, and a guest-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media for event marketing are essential. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, physical capability to handle event setup, and strong communication skills are also important to succeed in this position.

Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of event settings
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25-35 pounds as needed for event setup and operations

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue management, or experiential marketing including internships and contract roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach
  • Experience in customer-facing or hospitality-driven roles preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute tenant-facing events including wellness programming, networking events, and seasonal activations
  • Support tenants in reserving and utilizing amenity spaces and conference rooms
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for tenant event logistics including setup, AV coordination, and space configuration
  • Foster a strong sense of community through ongoing engagement initiatives and curated programming
  • Assist in the execution of public events and activations in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Coordinate vendors, rentals, signage, and event logistics for plaza programming
  • Act as the on-site host during events ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experience
